In the late 70s, from Dhaka, I can recall my journey began, shaped by the vibrant tapestry of Bangladesh’s capital. I reveled in the rich cultural tapestry of my homeland. These formative years ignited a lifelong passion for exploration and discovery, setting the stage for the adventures that lay ahead.

Wandering Through Worlds: From Cumilla to Pabna:  A Tapestry of Experiences

In the early 80s, my family’s journey took us to Cumilla and later to Pabna, where I soaked in the diverse landscapes and traditions of rural Bangladesh. These formative years ignited my passion for exploration and appreciation for the intricacies of different communities.

Return to Dhaka: Schooling and Teenage Adventures

By 1986, we returned to Dhaka, where I embarked on my academic journey, navigating the corridors of school life and teenage adventures. Amidst the chaos of adolescence, I found solace in the world of books, diving into the realms of imagination and knowledge. It was during these formative years that my love for literature and storytelling took root, shaping my future endeavors in ways I could never have imagined.

From my days (2002-2003 )at Adcomm to my tenure at Probaho Multimedia, I honed my skills in creativity and innovation, weaving compelling narratives and visual identities that captivated audiences. Yet, within the fast-paced world of advertising, I yearned for something more – a deeper understanding of the world and its complexities.

Returning to Dhaka in 2010, I embarked on a journey of freelance exploration, merging my passions for graphic design, photograph amidst the chaos of urban life.

Global Ventures: From London to Leeds and Beyond

In 2012, a brief stint in London and Leeds beckoned, offering me new perspectives and opportunities for growth. From postgraduate studies to roles at Mercure Hotels and River Island, I explored deeper into the realms of customer-centric services and hospitality operation. I had the occasion of being in the spectators at the historic London Olympics, a moment of shared interest.

A Journey through Retail, Branding, Hospitality and Design

2002: Initiated his professional journey as an intern at AdComm in Dhaka, Bangladesh, gaining invaluable insights into design and operations.

2005-2010: Transitioned to the retail sector, serving as a Sales and Customer Service Assistant at Boots Plc. in London, UK, where he enhanced his skills in customer contentment and service excellence along with sales consultancy.

2012: Diversified his experience by exploring the hospitality industry as an F&B Assistant at Mercure in Leeds, UK, where he mastered the art of creating memorable guest experiences.

2012-2013: Immersed in the dynamic world of retail operations as an Operations Assistant at River Island in London, UK, refining his skills in retail management.

2013-Present: Found his at the den of branding and customer service intelligence at Great Wall Ceramic Industries Ltd. in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Starting as an Assistant Manager, he has ascended to the position of Manager, overseeing Brand and Customer Service Intelligence (CSI) operations with unparalleled expertise.

Tanvir pursued academic degrees throughout his career, earning a PGD in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing, among other credentials.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence, Mohammad continues to shape the future of commerce in the digital age.
